Yesterdae I covered my colleague for work as he couldn't make it. His "wife" called me up on Friday night asking if I could replace him (my other friend told them that I wasn't working). I even told her to let our manager know that I would be covering him.
Surprisingly, they did not. I got shit from my manager and was said to be the one who called them up and wanted to work. HELLO?! Would there be a person who calls up every single one of his/her colleagues asking them to give up with working slot cos the person wants to work? Impossible right? Brainless ppl. To think that ball believed them.
Oh well. I din probe any futher, hence i did not know the exact truth. But i reckon that asking either of the party wouldn't get the the truth. Both sides would definitely stick to their versions of the story for their dear lives. To think I am in rather good terms with them YET they do this to me. WTH man.
My day was instantly ruined by them. Following were many many incidents that continued to ruin my day. I got scolded for nth due to the negligence of my "1st-day" partner at work. Just my luck. Yet i cannot scold her as she's NEW. Oh wells.
To add on, the guests of the wedding dinner yesterdae were rather particular on their drinks, having a bottle of Brandy each on their table and had lotsa other liquor. Me and my partner was the last few to serve our food for almost every course. Thanks to my other colleague who dropped by to help out.
It was a hectic day of work yesterday, with the constant nagging and reprimands from that ball. ARGH. oh well.
tml's marketing test/exam. I better go study now.
